Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator: The Palace Luxury Senior Living – Miami, FL (Nov. 2010 – Dec. 2018)
• Partnered with the VP of Marketing and Sales to execute marketing and visual design strategies for six locations and four internal departments for communication to 1.2K residents, 2.4K family members, and 1K employees.
• Modernized the company’s corporate identity and brand by refining the design of every location's logo, designing an emblem, and standardized email signatures as well as business cards.
• Expanded the brand into different applications and platforms by creating graphics for HR kiosks, social media, podcasts, tablets and smart phones.
• Spearheaded the design and production for $250K worth of direct mail pieces including finalizing format, finish, and ensuring quality.
• Co-managed the email marketing account of 75K+ readers and 150+ email campaigns by leading production, content development, design, and marketing automation ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across multiple locations.
• Contributed to the development grand opening of two multi-million-dollar communities by coordinating and executing marketing events, creating marketing brochures, admission forms, sales collateral, financial viability reports, and completing special IT and construction requests.
