Overview / Objective
In response to pandemic restrictions that prevented in-person gatherings, conceptualized and executed a virtual employee event complete with pre-event team-building activities and a dynamic promotional campaign.
Contribution / Execution
Co-conceptualized the overall event theme and developed creative ideas for team-building activities, serving as the sole designer for all deliverables—including layout design, typesetting, photo editing, and graphic design.
Impact / Outcome
Adapted to a virtual environment by merging innovative design with strategic event planning to create a cohesive, engaging experience that energized employees during challenging times.
